Overview

Zyrax Fitness offers online Zumba fitness classes and digital fitness products targeting businesswomen and housewives. These Terms govern the use of our services, including any subscriptions, digital products, and interactions with our platform.

Refund Policy

The following is our refund policy for digital fitness products:

1. Non-Refundable Payments: With the exception of the following situations, payments received using our payment gateway are typically non-refundable:
2. a. Technical Errors:
   • Due to technical issues, the customer’s card or bank account was debited multiple times.
   • overpayment in one transaction as a result of technical difficulties. The extra amount, less Payment Gateway fees, will be reimbursed in certain circumstances.
3. b. Ineffective Enrolment:
   • Zyrax will offer the enrolment at no extra cost if the money is accepted but the enrolment fails because of technical difficulties.
4. c.  Time Mistakes:
   • The customer is entitled to a refund after seven (7) days if the scheduled live class times are not started within that time frame.
5. Request for Refund:
   • In order to request a refund, customers must include the original payment receipt (if available) and the reason for the return.

6. Time Spent Processing:
   • Refunds will be handled by hand. Within 21 calendar days of receiving the claim, 50% of the net amount will be electronically returned if it is confirmed to be legitimate.
   • It could take three to twenty-one days for the reimbursed amount to appear in the bank account, depending on the bank’s policies.
7. Exclusions:
   • Payment failures resulting from inadequate cash, bank rejections, or uncontrollable events (such as natural catastrophes or technical malfunctions) are not Zyrax Fitness’ responsibility.

Account Suspension or Termination

Zyrax Fitness reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any user account in the following circumstances without any notice or repercussions:

• suspicion of unlawful, abusive, or deceptive action.
• breaking these terms.

Users are required to stop utilising our services right away upon termination. Zyrax may notify law enforcement of unlawful activity.

Dispute Resolution

The Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the binding arbitration of any disagreement, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or services. Individual disputes will be arbitrated rather than combined with other claims.

Limitation of Liability

Zyrax Fitness disclaims any responsibility for:

incorrect payment instructions or user error-related delays.

• service interruptions brought on by technological problems or uncontrollable events.

Changes to Terms

The Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the binding arbitration of any disagreement, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or services. Individual disputes will be arbitrated rather than combined with other claims.

Governing Law

The laws of India control these terms. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes resulting from these terms.
