Greetings from Zyrax Fitness! Before using our website, services, or digital fitness goods, please carefully read these Terms and Conditions.

1. Overview

The platform provides online Zumba fitness classes and digital fitness products targeting businesswomen and housewives.

2. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Payments: Generally, payments are non-refundable except for:

Technical Errors: Includes duplicate charges or overpayments due to system issues, with refunds minus gateway fees
Ineffective Enrolment: Free re-enrollment if payment processes but enrollment fails
Time Mistakes: The customer is entitled to a refund after seven (7) days if the scheduled live class times don't work for them

Request Process: Customers must provide original receipts and reasons, submitting via WhatsApp to +91 92868 00223.

Processing Timeline: Within 21 calendar days of receiving the claim, 50% of the net amount will be electronically returned if it is confirmed to be legitimate. Bank processing takes 3–21 days.

Exclusions: The company isn't responsible for failures from insufficient funds, bank rejections, or force majeure events.

3. Account Suspension or Termination

Zyrax reserves rights to suspend accounts for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive action or policy violations without notice.

4. Dispute Resolution

The Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the binding arbitration of disputes, with individual rather than class arbitration.

5. Limitation of Liability

The company disclaims responsibility for user errors, payment delays, and service interruptions from technical issues or uncontrollable events.

6. Governing Law

The laws of India control these terms. Courts in India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
